Return and Refund Policy

1. Scope and Intent

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through PremierBackyard.com, a division of JMR Goods LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), at https://www.premierbackyard.com (“Website”).

3. Return Eligibility

Customers in the United States may return eligible products within 30 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all labels and tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact support@premierbackyard.com or call +1 (224) 252-8877 within 30 days of receiving your order and provide your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label. Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation, and affix the return shipping label. Items must be shipped within seven days of receiving return authorization using a trackable shipping method.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

6. Specific Return and Refund Conditions

For returns due to change of mind, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.

If a product is defective or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the defect. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.

If an incorrect product is received, contact us immediately. We will arrange for the incorrect item to be returned at our expense and ensure the correct product is delivered.

If a product never arrives within the estimated delivery timeframe, contact us to investigate. If the order is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement.

Orders can be canceled for a full refund before shipment. If the order has already shipped, follow the return procedure.

7. Exceptions to the Return Policy

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable: custom or personalized products, perishable goods such as food or plants, intimate or sanitary goods unless unopened and unused, and gift cards or digital downloads.

8. Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Partial refunds may apply for items not in their original condition, missing parts, or returned outside the return window.

9. Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To initiate an exchange, contact support@premierbackyard.com. For defective or incorrect items, shipping costs are covered by us. For exchanges due to change of mind, customers are responsible for shipping costs.

10. Timelines

The return window is 30 days from the date of receipt. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

11. Legal Rights

This Return and Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.
