3. Return Eligibility
Customers in the United States have the right to return eligible products within 30 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions.
Unused and Undamaged: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all labels and tags attached.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
4. Return Process
Initiating a Return: Contact support@premierbackyard.com or call +1 (224) 252-8877 within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once approved, we will provide instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
Preparing the Return: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Affix the return shipping label to the package.
Shipping the Return: Items must be shipped within 7 days of receiving return authorization using a trackable shipping method.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
6. Specific Return and Refund Conditions
Returns Due to Change of Mind: Must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
Defective or Damaged Goods: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the defect. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
Incorrect Product Received: Contact us immediately. We will arrange for the incorrect item to be returned at our expense and ensure you receive the correct product.
Product Never Arrived: Contact us if your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe. If confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement.
Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled for a full refund before shipment. If already shipped, follow the return procedure.
7. Exceptions to the Return Policy
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Custom or Personalized Products: Non-returnable and non-refundable.
Perishable Goods: Such as food or plants.
Intimate or Sanitary Goods: Including personal care items, unless unopened and unused.
Gift Cards and Digital Downloads: Non-refundable.
8. Refunds
Approval: Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Partial Refunds: May apply for items not in original condition, missing parts, or returned outside the return window.
9. Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Contact support@premierbackyard.com to initiate an exchange. For defective or incorrect items, shipping costs are covered by us. For exchanges due to change of mind, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
