At PremierBackyard.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to providing a fast, reliable, and cost-free shipping experience for every customer. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the delivery of products purchased from our website, https://www.premierbackyard.com.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship free of charge to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states only). We are actively working to expand our shipping destinations. Please check back regularly for updates.

Shipping Costs
All orders ship free of charge within the lower 48 states—no minimum purchase required. There are never additional handling or surprise shipping fees.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within one to four business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST will begin processing the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time
Standard shipping within the lower 48 states typically takes five to ten business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Methods and Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure safe delivery. All orders include tracking information, provided via email once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number, carrier name, and a direct link to track your package. 

Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@premierbackyard.com or +1 (224) 252-8877. For lost packages marked as “delivered,” confirm the shipping address, check with neighbors or building management, and then reach out to us for assistance. For damaged packages, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Missing Items
If any items are missing from your shipment, contact us within seven days of receiving your order with your order number and details. We will promptly send the missing item(s) or issue a refund.

Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns, deducted from the refund amount. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. If the return is due to our error, we will cover return shipping. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for free replacement shipping. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipment charges will apply.
