We currently ship free of charge to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states only).

3. Shipping Costs

All orders ship free of charge within the lower 48 states—no minimum purchase required.

No Hidden Fees:
All shipping is free—there are never additional handling or surprise shipping charges.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST will begin processing the same day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Domestic Shipping (Lower 48 States):

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

8. Delivery Issues

Delayed or Lost Packages:
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, contact us at support@premierbackyard.com or +1 (224) 252-8877.

Lost Packages:
If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  • Confirm the shipping address used.

  • Check with neighbors or building management.

  • Contact us for assistance.

Damaged Packages:

  • Take photos of damaged packaging and items.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@premierbackyard.com.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

9. Missing Items

If any items are missing from your shipment, contact us within 7 days of receiving your package with your order number and details. We will promptly send the missing item(s) or issue a refund.

10. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Restocking Fee:
All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Shipping:

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Our Responsibility: If the return is due to our error, we cover return shipping.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

11. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for free replacement shipping. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipment charges will apply.
