The main cooking surface offers 400 square inches of space, which can be expanded to 680 square inches with the addition of an upper rack.
It supports a wide temperature range, from low-and-slow smoking at 151°F to intense searing at over 850°F.
The generous cooking capacity accommodates up to eight whole chickens, two turkeys, twelve steaks, twenty burgers, ten racks of ribs, or twelve ears of corn—making it ideal for feeding family and friends.

Ceramic parts are protected by a limited lifetime warranty backed by a 20-year guarantee. Metal parts, excluding cast iron, carry a 5-year warranty.
